As October marks Baby Loss Awareness Month, and given where I am in my own journey, it feels like the right time to share my experiences. Miscarriage is a deeply personal and challenging experience, and one of the hardest parts is the silence that surrounds it. However, by opening up about my own experiences, I've found solace in connecting with others. It’s in these conversations, that I’ve found hope, and that’s why I want to share my story. My hope is that it offers a sense of comfort to those going through the same thing, especially when the support we need can sometimes feel elusive. Even just knowing you’re not alone can be a powerful source of comfort.
